ABOUT COMMISSIONS

I want to commission you but your commissions are closed! can I still contact you about it?
You can! however, please note that it will take me more time to finish your commission OR you might need to reserve a slot in the next batch (this has a fee!)
What I want doesn't fall under anything in your catalog. Can I still contact you about it?
Absolutely! I would love to discuss any and all projects!
How long does a commission take?
I usually finish commissions 3 to 4 weeks AFTER they are paid for.
This may change, depending on my situation (e.g. queue)! Don't worry, I'll inform you if your commission/s will take longer.
Oh no! I need my commission/s sooner than that. what can you do for me?
I can place your commission/s up my queue for a small rush fee! when rushed, commission/s take only 1 to 2 weeks. (prices vary on commission type and complexity.)
Can I ask for updates?
Feel free to do so! but don't worry, I provide my clients with a link to a Trello board of my queue, and I take care to personally update you with significant progress!
Is it okay to have something changed after the final product has been sent?
Sure! However, major changes will incur additional fees.
Do you have a team?!
Yeah! Team Pixie is composed of four people including me!

ABOUT PAYMENT

Are these fixed prices?
No, they are base prices. Additional charges will depend on the complexity of your commission (additional fees) and when you need it (rush fee).
How much do additional characters cost?

What are your payment methods?
Paypal and Gcash!
Is the payment up-front?
Yes preferably, however, this is negotiable. You can start with 20%, but I'll only begin coloring once you've paid 75%. You will receive the final product once you've completed your payment!

  • note that my art, especially in certain commission styles, is highly stylized and it may not always capture the likeness of a person.

  • I can only provide digital copies of your commissioned piece/s, including two versions for each: one watermarked and one signed.

  • Clearly specify how you will use your commission; is it a personal piece or will it be used commercially?

  • Do not attempt to remove my signatures or resell the artwork.

  • I have all the rights to post your commissioned work/s, however, please feel free to tell me if you're uncomfortable with me doing so.

Reserve a Slot

  • You can reserve a slot in my next batch for $5, given that the status of my commissions says that slots are open for reservation. however, if the status of my commissions says that commissions are open, you do not need to pay a reservation fee to have your commission done during the current ongoing batch.

  • This is NON-REFUNDABLE and is not synonymous with a deposit. meaning, if you fail to communicate with me within the period of that batch of commissions, you may not ask for a refund.

  • I take care to update all my clients with regard to my schedule so unless it was a shortcoming on my part, you may not ask for a refund of the reservation fee.

  • For commission projects that cost $100 and above, we can immediately discuss your commission in detail for me to give you an exact price. then, you may opt to deposit 25% of the quoted price in place of the reservation fee, and is entirely refundable.
